Martin Willman, M.D. The former chief of surgery at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles, Dr. Willman's professional memberships include the American College of Surgeons; American Medical Association, Missouri State Medical Society, St. Charles-Lincoln County Medical Society, which he recently served as president; American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery; Missouri Society of Otolaryngology and the St. Louis Ear, Nose and Throat Club. Dr. Willman has also donated his time and expertise to the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross, both of which he has served as emergency care instructor, and to the St. Louis County Police Department, which has served for 20 years as a reserve officer.
