Midwest ENT Centre - Audiology Department

Midwest ENT Centre's Audiology Department is home to highly educated, trained and certified clinical audiologists. In coordination with the physicians, our audiologists conduct a variety of services to evaluate, diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders for adults and children.

Trisha Hackman, Au.D., CCC-A
An Indiana native, Trisha moved around the Midwest with her family until settling in Lake St. Louis after high school.  She received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1989 and a Master’s degree in Audiology from Washington University in 1991.  In 2008, she earned a Doctorate degree in Audiology from Salus University.  Trisha has spent the last eighteen years of her career with Dr. J. Michael Conoyer and Midwest ENT Centre.   She stays busy at home with her husband and two school-age children.

Kris Vernon, Au.D., CCC-A
Kris is originally from Illinois and now lives in St. Peters with her husband and infant son.  She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2002 and Master’s degree in Audiology from Washington University in 2004.  In 2011, she earned a Doctorate degree from A.T. Still University.  Kris has been a part of the Midwest ENT Centre team since 2007.

Sandi H. Fontecchio, Au.D., CCC-A
Sandi hails from Memphis, TN where she developed an interest in audiology during her high school years.  After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2003 from Saint Louis University, she moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL to obtain her Doctoral degree in Audiology at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with honors in 2008.  During that time, Sandi spent her externship year at the Shea Ear Clinic in Memphis, TN honing her skills in preparation for her degree.   After graduation, Sandi moved back to the Saint Louis area to begin her exciting career at Midwest ENT Centre. 

Hearing Aid Clinic

Tuesday and Thursday - 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
For our current patients we offer a hearing aid clinic twice a week, which is a walk-in (first come/ first serve) clinic for minor repairs, tube changes, and hearing aid cleanings.  If you need to have your hearing aid reprogrammed, please call to set up an appointment with the Audiologist at 636-441-3100.
