Payments and Statements
We prefer to avoid patient billing because the costs of paperwork and postage affect our fees. We require your co-payment at the time of your visit.  If you do not have insurance, we will expect payment in full. For your convenience, we accept Master Card, Visa, and debit cards.

Health Insurance
Health insurance is designed to help you meet the cost of medical services. Your insurance contract defines what types of benefits you have as a patient. Our office will file for primary and secondary insurance benefits for you.  You will be responsible for your co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance payments.  We will also verify benefits and pre-authorize any procedures with your insurance company.
